Shipping Is Included In The Pricing!

All shipping in US will be through USPS with delivery confirmation. 

For you convenience, we have worked all shipping and handling charges into the price that you see listed for the product. We currently do not ship internationally.

We strive to ship within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation.

If you need your item, “like yesterday...”, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

We will let you know if we can make it happen. If we can, we will!

Please be sure your address is entered correctly. We want to see you get your package. 

 

Handling:

We package each item with extreme care.

If for some reason your package arrives damaged, please let us know right away.  Please do not throw the packaging or item/items away (we may need you to send us a picture of the damage- USPS suggestion).

We just need to know and see what happened.
Currently we are only shipping within the US.

Payment: 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal (we do not accept PayPal e-checks).

We do not accept personal checks or cash.

 

Pricing: 
All prices shown on site are in US Dollars.

Sales Tax:We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin.

 

Split Shipping: 
We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

Our products are designed to make a one way trip to you and your loved ones.

Returns are accepted within 7 days in original condition. Item price (plus tax where applicable) will be refunded less all shipping costs.

 

Restrictions Clarifications:

What's a Day? We only ship Tuesday-Friday.

“La dee dah” is closed on Sundays and your basic holidays. The Postal Service is closed on their published schedules. Thus, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day". The day we receive the order is not considered a day (especially if you order at 11:59pm-teehee). If you forgot to buy a loved one a gift for a very important day and things are looking tight, Please either send us a message by clicking the tab “Get in Touch” or call our store directly at 715-231-5253.
